Dear Charlie,
Thank you for your unforgettable service to mankind. NASA, and all the rest of humanity thanks you for the risk you took to save us.
We look forward to working with you in the future. The FTL-ship is only the beginning. You have been a great asset to us. Without you none of this would’ve been possible. We owe you never ending thanks.
See you soon.

Top Secret Rescue Mission
“Team, this is Charlie. Charlie, meet the team, the smartest people you’ll ever meet.” Professor Scot greets you as you enter Destiny. A team of eight other people from Russia, Canada, Europe and Japan are floating in the room. The Japanese guy nods his head as you enter.
“That’s just because he can’t meet himself. Here grab a pizza, Jane will be here soon, we can’t let it float around for too long.” Quinn breaks a piece of pizza and pushes it into the air.
It floats your way and you grab on to it before Professor Scot tries to grab it from you. “Hush, Jane is in the tunnel!” He lowers his hand quickly and gives up on trying to steal your pizza slice. The whole room goes quiet and everyone stuffs the pizza into their mouths hastily.
Professor Jane Craig enters, looking even grimmer than before. “Get those pizzas out of my lab. We’ve got work to do.” She commands pointing towards Quinn who is still trying to swallow his last slice. “Has NASA given you the exact location of the debris yet, Professor?” She points towards Professor Scot and raises her eyebrows while stretching open her big dark brown eyes. It is really difficult for you to take her seriously while her hair is floating all over the place. “Stop looking at my hair kid, this is space, get over it, we’ve got space rocks on its way to earth and you’re staring at my hair like I’m some cartoon character?"
"Ughm-um, so, according to the kid’s research it will take two or three days of travelling to get there. Those rocks are moving fast and we need the ship positioned behind them.” Professor Scot is scrolling through some documents on his laptop.
“Uhm, sorry what….” This is the first time that you’ve heard any of this and you feel your head starting to spin. This is what they were hiding! You think to yourself as you feel your blood start to boil and drain from your face at the same time.
“Hush kid, I got the talking stick. No, I am the talking stick.” Says Professor Jane while holding up her hand to your face, you can’t explain to her that no one has told you about the debris heading to earth yet.
“The FTL-ship will be here in a week. Everyone on the ground has been working around the clock to build this thing. I’ll be flying the ship, but the kid here will give us the numbers to get where we need to go. We can’t afford to make any mistakes, if we do its game over, we only have one shot at this.” She says while pointing towards her laptop to a satellite image she just opened.
Professor Scot interrupts her mid-sentence. “Uh, yeah, the kid fainted.”
“Don’t just look at him, get him to the infirmary!”
